Your experienced Event Manager will be your primary resource available during event planning stages, coordinating and implementing event logistics and liaising with the greater LACC team to ensure your event is executed flawlessly. To create a destination experience uniquely LA, we work in seamless partnership with the Client Services team at the Los Angeles Tourism and Convention Board.

The LACC Event Planning Guide is a critical, effective tool as event/meeting planners embark on the planning logistics specific to their event. This Guide will provide direction on the Center’s rules and regulations, and provide guidelines on operational aspects of event planning at the Los Angeles Convention Center. While we encourage consistent and reciprocal communication with your Event Manager throughout the process, the Event Planning Guide will prove to be an invaluable resource readily available to reference.
